31 il öncə, 1992-ci il fevralın 26-da erməni silahlı dəstələri, Rusiyanın 366-cı alayının fəal iştirakı ilə görünməmiş vəhşilik və amansızlıqla Xocalı şəhərində Azərbaycanlılara qarşı soyqırım törətdilər. Bu Bəşəri cinayət ermənilərin faşist düşüncələrinin və Türk millətinə qarşı genetik koddan doğan nifrətinin mahiyyətinə söykənir. Dövlətimizin, xüsusilə Heydər Əliyev fondunun Vitse-Prezidenti Leyla xanım Əliyevanın “Xocalıya Ədalət” kampaniyası çərçivəsində həyata keçirilən ardıcıl fəaliyyətə baxmayaraq, içərisində qadın, uşaq və yaşlı insanların olduğu 613 nəfər günahsız mülki əhalinin barbarcasına qətlə yetirilməsi, təəssüflər olsun ki, hələ də Beynəlxalq səviyyədə soyqırım kimi tanınmır.
Xilaskar Ali Baş Komandan İlham Əliyevin Dəmir yumruğu Müzəffər Silahlı Qüvvələrimiz tərəfindən işğalçı Ermənistana ağır və sarsıdıcı zərbələr endirdi, Xocalı və ərazi bütövlüyümüz uğrunda şəhid olan bütün qəhrəman övladlarımızın intiqamı alındı.
Erməni işğalına son qoyulduqdan sonra Azərbaycan torpaqlarında analoqu olmayan vəhşiliklərin şahidi olduq. 30 ilə yaxın düşmən tapdağında olan tarixi abidələrimiz, qəbirstanlıqlar, yaşayış evləri, meşələr, bütün təbiət erməni vandalizminin soyqırımına məruz qalmışdır.

STATEMENT of Motherland Party.
31 years ago, on February 26, 1992, Armenian armed groups, with the active participation of the 366th regiment of Russia, committed genocide against Azerbaijanis in the city of Khojaly with unprecedented brutality and cruelty. This human crime is based on the essence of the fascist thoughts of Armenians and the hatred born from the genetic code against the Turkish nation. Despite the consistent actions of our state, especially the Vice President of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation, Leyla Aliyeva, within the framework of the “Justice for Khojaly” campaign, the barbaric killing of 613 innocent civilians, including women, children and the elderly, is unfortunately still a genocide at the international level. not known as The Iron Fist of the savior Supreme Commander Ilham Aliyev was dealt heavy and crushing blows to the invading Armenia by our Victorious Armed Forces, revenge was taken for all our heroic children who were martyred for Khojaly and our territorial integrity. Il y a 31 ans, le 26 février 1992, des groupes armés arméniens, avec la participation active du 366e régiment de Russie, ont commis un génocide contre les Azerbaïdjanais dans la ville de Khojaly avec une brutalité et une cruauté sans précédent. Ce crime humain est basé sur l’essence des pensées fascistes des Arméniens et la haine née du code génétique contre la nation turque. Malgré les actions constantes de notre État, en particulier la vice-présidente de la Fondation Heydar Aliyev, Leyla Aliyeva, dans le cadre de la campagne “Justice pour Khojaly”, le meurtre barbare de 613 civils innocents, dont des femmes, des enfants et des personnes âgées, est malheureusement toujours un génocide au niveau international. Le poing de fer du sauveur, le commandant suprême Ilham Aliyev a reçu des coups durs et écrasants contre l’Arménie envahissante par nos forces armées victorieuses, la vengeance a été prise pour tous nos enfants héroïques qui ont été martyrisés pour Khojaly et notre intégrité territoriale. Après la fin de l’occupation arménienne, nous avons été témoins d’atrocités sans précédent sur les terres azerbaïdjanaises. Nos monuments historiques, cimetières, maisons d’habitation, forêts, toute la nature, qui sont aux mains de l’ennemi depuis près de 31 ans, ont été soumis au génocide du vandalisme arménien. Le Parti de la Patrie condamne fermement les atrocités commises par les Arméniens depuis 31 ans et appelle les organisations internationales, l’humanité progressiste à donner une évaluation juridique et politique du génocide de Khojaly commis par les forces armées arméniennes et les organisations terroristes.
